Outlook emails stuck in outbox.
Aug 15, 2020 · On my Outlook 2016 messages often get stuck in the outbox. But when I check Outlook 2016 I find that these messages have in fact been delivered. And I know that they have been delivered, as I get replies to them! How do I deal with this issue so that messages don't still sit in my outbox, even though they have been delivered?
The other messages, not in italics, remain in the Outbox folder. They have actually been sent (and received by recipients). Pressing Send/Receive All Folders does not fix the issue.
