The pitchfork is a much better sniper than the Lyuda for anarchy Gaige builds IMHO. The bullet spread is much tighter and travel in parallel plus you get 5 pellets vs the Lyuda's 3 that spread out from each other. and even at 400 stacks if you toggle discord and use the scope to take your shot the accuracy decrease is hardly noticable. In the field, you can gain "free" anarchy by shooting things that break, like ice chunks, skag piles, stalker pods, pottery jars in Tiny Tina's DLC, etc. Must use something like a Jakobs shotgun that must reload every shot. As you already said yourself, Anarchy is a must for any Gaige build. It provides a crap ton of free damage at the cost of accuracy, which can be countered with some of her other skills. Those are the only skills you need for an Anarchy build. Discord, Typecast Iconoclast and Rational Anarchist are optional, but not necessary. If you take a look at the anarchy skill and the middle tree rework, the anarchy now is much easier to stack up into great damage than before, and her end game potential is even stronger with a bit of pre-stacking and some know-how or just the good old smarts.
