The port forwarding itself works well. The only thing, protonvpn does not support static IP address. So for your downloding client, you need to update the new ip every time. There is a script that does it for qbit. Not sure for transmission. tldr: port forwarding with gluetun works, but don't expect static IP for torrent client.
