All fish were caught in less than 20 feet of water and all on either buckshots or varmints.East Bay and EDL are currently in that 11-13 inch range. The cold snap that is about to occur tonight through early next week should get us to that ‘driving ice’ depth. It is not a guarantee but with temps below zero, by next week this time we should be seeing almost 20 inches. Good Luck out there!

This is a wide range right now as a lot of fish are coming, this will come with a very large range of depths as well. In the early hours of the morning, most of our Walleyes and Big Perch are coming in 9-20 feet of water and they are usually pretty aggressive. However, by about 10:00, that shallow bite has waned, and we are having to drift deeper.
