Even with "NPC appearance changer- racemenu preset loader" or "Proteus", my skyrim always end up CTD after loading the 2nd save. I'm using Proteus 2.1.0 with skyrim se 1.5.97 and racemenu 1.4.16. In my previous post, someone helped me to point out the problem was racemenu related but I still couldn't find which mod cause the issue.

If you want to change appearance by you self you can use Proteus ( latest version )- let's you edit appearance on fly,make presets and swap npc looks.
